I'm now the proud owner of 4 pint jars with chicken breast meat and 3 quart jars of whole turkey legs!!! Canned all by myself...nobody had to stand over me....

I did Darlene's chicken soup last year at a friends house with her running me through every step. I've been too chicken to pull my own canner out of the box and do it alone. Not anymore tho!

I have a whole turkey in the freezer just waiting to be thawed....and bags of beans I want to can so they can easily be ready to make refried beans....
