I surely agree with this!  He is lying and will continue until you get him out (and change locks, of course).  It's what I have read, that he has done to you since he moved in.  If it were me, I would have already searched for and called some agency about elder abuse.  Explain the whole situation.  It will continue until you stop it.  I normally don't voice an opinion on him, but I have to say something.  I believe that you are going to have to do more than pray.

I've had a busy couple of days! Walked yesterday and today.
picked up my friend and went to town, yesterday. Tractor Supply, Aldi, Walmart, Harbor Freight (for pick).
Got her and my stuff home and termite guy came over. $1100. We will do 6 months same as cash.
Fellow came this morning and treated house.
Today, I walked dogs.
Grilled deer sausage.
Washed whites.
Pressure canned some leftovers.
And a bunch of little chores.

Walked first, this morning.
Did laundry.
Made several business type calls about termites, DH's health claims. dental surgery. I hate making those calls. Too much like being an adult. LOL
Made some tuna salad and will hard boil a few eggs.
Will be out picking up sticks in a little while after first termite inspector comes.
Then it will rain, supposedly.

I'm so, so glad that your neighbor moved @Becca_Anne.  God answers prayers and takes care of the details in unusual ways, sometimes!

Getting the property where he was would be wonderful, if you can do it!

I'm really glad that your grandson has found a house!  I know you will help a lot!

We have termites. Sigh. I have 4 companies to call.
A friend came over and talked to us about treatment. While he was here, he bushogged the edge of our property. We gained about 12 feet all around. I am ecstatic!

I did deliver 4 meals to shut in ladies, yesterday.

Already walked, this morning.
Will kill weeds again shortly.
Take ebay photos for DH.
Go visit with sister-in-law who is up from FL.
Not much else, today.

Don't have much, but what's  there is growing  well. I have  3 more lick tubs. Not sure what I'll do with  them. 

I have onions/  chives/  tomatoes/  parsley/  jalapenos  and potatoes  planted but not up yet.

I used to have all of those, also.  Loved reading them since I was familiar with most of the places he used in his stories!

I do like and have some old cookbooks that have interesting stories and remarks in them.  

I mostly read mystery fiction books, lately.

I know it's a lot of cost and stress, but I am sure you will be thankful when your fencing is all done, @Becca_Anne!

I took the electric blanket off the bed today!  Officially, summer is here for me!

Stopped at a jeweler's and had my silver heart pendant put on a stronger chain that I had. $6 Yay!

DH got his hearing aids fixed at the doc, yesterday. Thank God!

Walked first this morning.
Will take jeep to detail fellow in a bit. While cleaning stuff out of jeep yesterday, I found a small silver heart pendant that my Grandad gave me when I was 16 years old. The chain had snapped while I was in the car about 5 years ago and I thought it flew out the window. I have cleaned the car since, myself, but never got under the front seat well enough to find it. There was a pink post it note in front of it which I almost just left, thinking I was done. I can be meticulous, so I twisted until I could grab the note and saw something shiny behind it. Grabbed at it and it was the heart. Before I started getting stuff out of the car, I was talking to God and said "this is probably about the last time you can show me where this pendant is, if it is in the car". And He did!  Praise God!  
When I get home, I will walk dogs.
Make hummus.
Clean baths.
Pick up car.
