Mine is a Singer. I bought it almost 13 yrs ago. Not positive what model it is since it's in a box right now but I think it's a 401. I never did figure out how to use the cams it came with! Someday I'll drag it back out and get myself some lessons

ROFLOL Jenna! That's quite a visual shudder Mommafitz I hope the one you might be able to buy is just right. I really miss owning my own home. This weekend we have a 3 day one so we are going to kick back and sleep in and watch movies together. Maybe go to Walmart to buy some shoes.

Sure am glad I'm not in the midwest BRRRR. It's the pits though I have to pay the heating bill on our house until closing. Last month's electric bill was $520 But I'm scared and everyone just keeps telling me everything will be o.k. But the problem for me is I have NO control over how our life is going right now besides being completely a tightwad and pinching every penny until it bleeds. Hard to feel like it's going to be o.k. when I'm hemmoraging cash! Closing on our house feels a million miles away and I will be so relieved when it's over! Mommafitz sure hope you can find another place out of town where you can have a big outbuiilding to put your stuff in. I don't like renting at all either. And with pets it's so much harder to find a decent one. I think you'd be happier somewhere you can put in a garden and your animals can run around a bit.

Oooh thanks Cat!!! I've been doing a lot of crochet this last year and I'm getting bored of my same old afghan. I'd love to make some of these for family for Christmas gifts
