I can, freeze, and dry all our food. We do all our cooking from scratch here. No junk food unless we make it. Link to comment

Great folks here, many many experienced ones and those of us maybe newer to prepping, and we all learn from each other. I am going on 50 myself, in the fall, and waiting for grand kids in due time as my son recently married the love of his life. Link to comment
