My Word.... That- just described my son to an almost T!!! Only they tell me it's A.D.D. Except I don't feel he's coniving. I don't think he would plot to kill our animals just to hurt me. But I have seen him get mad and kick what ever is nearest. Whether is be a chicken or the vaccum. Hill I feel for what your going through, I honestly do.

Good Morning Snowmom! We are sitting at 56 right now. My favorite time of year! Humidity is at 75% so it's good today. Well did ya'll have a good weekend? We had a really really neat time at church yesterday. We had a tent meeting and only did the "old" hymns. Sometimes I really like that. It was kinda like a tent revival. We didn't get to stay for the afternoon of homemade icecream and games though. We needed to get home. Our power bill was extremely high this month and it took two paychecks to cover it. I wasn't sure where DH's gas money was gonna come from this week. Then he got a call to come out and do a weld for a farmer. DH only charged him his gas money for this week. Isn't it awesome how God provides just enough? I have had a peaceful morning here by myself. But now I must get ready for work. But first I need to put a load of laundry in the washer and take something out to thaw for dinner. I have been getting ground beef through my boss at work for 1.59 a pound. I don't mind paying a little extra for some better quality. It doesn't all add up to grease sitting in the bottom of the skillet after I fry it. Which means we get more for the money. Oh Magpie... I know how that goes... But there's still hope. Just scour it really well coat it with grease stick it in the oven and start seasoning it again.. Might have to do it a couple of times.. I feel for ya....

Our afternoon plans of doing things around the farm were once again interupted. (of course). DH got called to go do a weld for a farmer down the road that took 3 hours. I went with him just to be with him. Man was I bored. Back home, he had to run a cage back to my cousins house. So here I sit and I am thinking of the mess in the kitchen that needs to be cleaned up before I can start dinner. Although I said at our church potluck that I wasn't going to fix it tonight "we are having popcorn" I know in a little bit someone will come in and say "what's for dinner"? So off I go to wiggle my nose and get it all done. Then back to work tomorrow! Hope you get some rest Unike!! Good morning Mommafitz, and everyone! What a beautiful morning! 58! I love it! Today we are having an old fashioned tent meeting at church and a potluck afterwards. I think it sounds like a whole lot of fun! Did everyone have a good weekend? I worked a split on Friday and was at work for 12 hours. But I took an hour and 15 minute break. Sorta.. I never left the building and if something needed to be done I did it. But I couldn't log 12 hours for the day. Yesterday we went to a garden tractor pull, and then on to my oldest sisters house for a weiner roast and hayride. It was a good time. After church I really need to catch up on laundry and housework. Then hopefully get out to the yard a bit. The guy that farms the ground around us brought a backhoe over last night. I am most positive I won't see my hubby after we get home. LOL. Ok I hope everyone has a blessed Lord's Day. Get some rest! Buttercup

See I didn't know that there were any other kind of rats except for those nasty ones seen on tv. I mean I have heard of gerbils, hamsters and the like. Oh wait maybe I have seen some on the movies, in a lab where they were testing them. But then again those might have been mice. Oh well, thanks for enlightening me. I will have to look on line for them so I don't have such a bad vision of them! I don't know any families around here that have an actual family milk cow. I mean not a single soul. I know people who have milk goats. Although I wish I did. It might make it easier in the future to find one we could afford if we did.

Rats????? You know I have never seen one in real life. But...... I have seen enough in the movies to think that i don't like them! But I suppose if your in an area where to see them is more common after awihle you get used to them. I know we have some here because hubby has seen one in the chicken house before. I guess since I don't know that much about them I put them on the same level as a roach, snake and lice. Maybe someone else could tell me different. What was your grandsons opinion MotherEarth?

You must have accidentally hit Susa because Buttercup has straight hair!!!! LOL... Yer killin me!!!!!!!! Buttercup picks the soggy cream puff out of Susas hair and flings it back to Cat who is hiding under the table very innocently..... Who me? Yes YOU!!!! See what I tell ya girls? Gotta watch her....
