Well, I did it. I met a wonderful lady on line through ebay and I was able to purchase a cookstove from her on payments. It's exactly what I wanted and is in working condition. As a matter of fact she used it this week to do her canning! I am so very excited about this. It's gonna be some hard work on mine and my husbands part over the next month to get it paid off. He has some welding jobs on the side he can do and work at the resturaunt is picking up for me. This lady is a very sweet lady. Even if I hadn't of won the stove I made a friend. The good Lord blessed me with that. I will post a picture of it on dawnsfrontporch and catssurvival... -------------------- This is what I posted under the Sunporch last evening. Today I am sitting here thinking.... I have no idea how to even start to know how to cook on one of them.. So I came here to homesteading positive that one of you could help me out... Hill? Homey? Well My hubby came home an hour early.. Which was surprising. He showered and then we went to a town nearby and ate at the Lonestar Steakhouse. It had been so long since I had a steak. I ate my salad and every bit of that steak and brought my entire potato home. Then he took me across the street to K-mart and bought me a new wedding band. After we had gone to bed he asked me do you think we will make it another 15? I laughed and said lets think about making it to number 20 first. LOL. He was very sweet all night.. I had gone to the store earlier in the day and when I came home there was a card on the counter I didn't notice. He never gets me a card the day before something. Another surprise.. I read part of it and put it away. I get misty over things like that. Now for the bad part.. As we were leaving K-mart I noticed something hanging on my lock on my door inside. It was a bag. Inside this bag was a nasty poopy diaper, with a hole in the bottom of the bag so the poop was falling out.

Even here in Illinois we have a haze going on.. I saw on the doppler the path of the storm and it looks like even we could get the rain from it.. I don't think I have ever seen a storm this big. With all the yellow and red in the doppler it looks horrid.. Ya'll be safe!

I preferred Zoloft over paxil.. Be careful what time a day you take it.. Paxil made me sleepy, Zoloft kept me up..

The flour bin in ours is in one of the long doors. It will hold at least 25 pounds of flour. There is no sugar bin in ours.

This is exactly how we do it too Mother.... But I too just to be safe always crack them one at a time into a small bowl or cup just to make sure!

I'll be praying for you as well Unike! Today I am gonna spend folding laundry. It's my day off today. And tonight me and dh will celebrate "together" our 15th anniversary.. Today looks like it's beautiful out. So far it's on 61 degrees! Highs to be in the mid 80's and it's already at 87 percent humidity. Keep safe.

LOL yes it's mine too... Of course mine feels like it's been more than 100! We were talking about going to our favorite restraunt tomorrow night for dinner.. We are sure to spend 50 dollars. But we don't buy each other gifts, guess I am just trying to justify it in my head!
