My problem is that when I am on this site, sometimes I can post and sometimes I get "this page can't be displayed". Sometimes I can't even read without getting that message. So it is a little discouraging at times. Every once in a while all is good! So Merry Christmas Everyone!!! I miss you and think of you often and will just keep trying to be here!!! In other news, we are planning to move back to FL in Spring or early Summer! Can hardly wait to see family and friends again! We've been gone about 13 years. I hope to be back on here soon. We are not getting any of the Southern storms, just some rain. For those in the path, stay safe!

That is something I grew this year and now have plenty for the winter. I have made "potato" pancakes and hash browns as well as served with garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese. I'm going to try cashew chicken over the "noodles" next!

My tomatoes are looking good, getting big and still green. When they start coming in I put bags in my brother in law's freezer and ours! Until it's time to can them up anyway.

Hi and thanks for the Birthday wishes!!! It was a working Birthday (wish I was waitressing) not cashiering. It was a good day as I woke up and am off for the next few days! I've lived 11 years longer than my mom did, which makes me sad for her. The longer I do live though, the more I am like her! It's a good thing! Off to bed. (cause I'm older now )

I do lists too! Don 't always get it all done so I circle what isn't done and put it on tomorrows list. Soon enough I get tired of seeing it on a list and do it or just take it off altogether! I only realized a few years ago I could do that! Just take it off and forget it. If it didn't get done, it probably wasn't a higher priority anyway! Yesterday I made a double batch of dog biscuits and cinnamon rolls (rolls not for dogs)! Also passed a kidney stone the night before that measured 1/4"X1/2. Don't know how that got down the tube without me knowing. Maybe formed in the bladder? That wasn't on the list either! Big priority though!!! I just thought I had a UTI. Today I clean and take ebay photos! Love short lists!!!

I just got one off of pinterest which is called "cold and flu season cider" . One T. acv, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, one tsp. raw honey and 8 oz. hot water. Just combine all. Not quite as "hot" for some of you all.

One can find real apple cider vinegar at any health food store or order it from vitacost.com like I do. Less expensive! Many uses!

I'm really sorry about your son. It is hard to keep quiet! Sure glad all is coming along at the roost!

Made a big pot of jambalaya with sausage, chicken and shrimp and lots of veggies (celery, bell peppers, onion, garlic, jalapenos). It is wonderful and all the veggies have to make it a little healthy?!!!

Is Manaschevitz? potato starch gluten free? I have used it in gravy and beef stew.
