zzelle Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 my sister-in-law just called me and told me my niece has to go to the dr. in may in fort wayne to have her feet checked because she walks on her tip toes we have done everything we can to correct it but that is the way she walks so she has to see a specialist and they are thinking maybe surgery she is only 9 will be 10 in august. if she has to have surgery she will be in a wheel chair for several months and then learn how to walk all over again. so any prayers will be greatly appreciated thank you Link to comment

Becca_Anne Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 I hope they can help her without surgery. My son was a toe walker too, Occupational Therapy helped him learn to walk correctly. Has she tried that? Link to comment
