Morning everyone, Peacefulhome you are like me, you make sure the house is spotless before anyone comes. MIL is coming today, she is going to SIL house first which is about 200ft from my place. Her house is always nasty, so when MIL comes here, I make sure my house is spotless, not even so much as a dirty rag in the laundry hamper.Don't want MIL going and telling people I have a nasty house, She does her DD that way.I will not give her the chance. It really gets MIL and SIL goat, They don't understand how I can have 3 kids and still keep the house so clean. SIL has 3 kids also, the only difference is I get up at 5:00 am every morning, and get my house work done. I don't sleep all day after dh goes to work. It is a beautiful day here today, hope it remains so the rest of the week. But, here we go again, DARLENE< take care and hope you are out of harms way. Jeanne looks to be a mean one. Then we have LISA to deal with. She has made a turn towards Florida. Everybody have a good and safe day....

I want the first posting I see tonight be about weight watching and here I am stuffing my face with a bologna cheese sandwich I had just made a deal with my two sons that are in school, If they could bring up one grade in any subject by November 5, we would get them a gameboy,(the oldest ds made A's and B's the middle ds made and A, B"s and C"S) but in return by the same date I have to lose at least 20 lbs. and my dh has to give up either beer or cigarettes. Just got back from the kids school play. They are having the Accelerated Reader Kickoff today. Each class has picked a different country to represent. My 7 year old is doing France, my 10 year olds class is Studying Egypt. So I had to do some sewing. (A seamstress I am not)... I had to make a beret for the younger ds and a egyptian pharoah costume for the older ds. Everyone had a fit over his costume, telling me how awesome it is. My dh's cousin is a reporter for our local paper, she made sure she got his picture, to put in the coverage of this event. It was a really nice program, The class representing the USA was the last to perform. They lead the whole school in two songs, (the grand ole flag) and (america the beautiful). Then everyone bowed their heads in a moment of silence for our troops serving in Iraq. It brought tears to my eyes.... Now to the house work, I have an awful mess on my hands. But hopefully will not take long to get things back in order. Watching and wondering what Jeanne is going to do. Everybody have a good day.

Woke up to a cool 53 degrees this morning, Loved it! Have had a busy, busy day. Me and littlest ds, got dressed and took off to walmart. Had to get things for his birthday party this evening (he is turning 4), then also had to get things to make 2 costumes.The two older boys are having plays friday at school. Corey, my middle ds is going to be a frenchman,(in their school each class is studying a different country one is france and the other egypt). The other costume is and eygptian pharoah. So it took quite a while to get all this together, Thought I could cheat and buy a halloween costume for these, but not....They did not have anything near close to it. I have also been baking cupcakes for the birthday party. The kids would rather have cupcakes for their parties than regular cake. Just got supper over with, now it is time to get set up for our Wednesday night BINGO game. Personally, I am ready to call it a night, but will play the game, don't want to disappoint the others. This is something that really ticks me off, the psychiatrists are always so quick to say that the mother is always to blame. It is a quick easy diagnosis to whatever, for them the so called professional. No matter what is going on with your daughter, adopted or not, it is not your fault. Sometimes it can be something such as chemical imbalance in the child. Remember it is not your fault you are doing all you can, and remember your friends are here for you..

I never got to talk with Fran, but have heard so many stories about her and read many of her posts. I feel like I have personally known her.I hate hearing that she has now gone on. But she suffers no more, and remember she is not really gone, she will always be looking over us and be here in our hearts. I will have a moment of silence in her honor. Love to all.

Well phewy!!!!!what a day!!!!! I thought that once I got the kids and Dh off to work, I would be able to relax a little, and see if I don't get feeling better. First thing, Dh's aunt calls and wants to talk for 2hours, she is nervous, because she is having 7 teeth pulled today. Then the school calls, Ds shoe (has zipper instead of ties) he took his shoe off during gym, then went to put it back on, the zipper was stuck in the closed position, Even the school resource office tried to fix it. so I had to run to walmart, and buy him a new pair of shoes. (He is in a growing spurt, everything that we bought the beginning of summer he has already out grown. so I more or less guessed at the size. I may have to take them back tonight. I ran those out to the school for him to put on, then went to the car to come home, the dang thing wouldn't start. Had to call dh to come off the job (thank god he was just working about a mile from the school today)apparently the starter is dead. So he had to drive us home in the work truck. We will go after school lets out this evening to try to get the car started or call the tow truck. Man oh Man.

A beautiful day here today. While dh and ds's thought it was supposedly a holiday or vacation, I did the breakfast dishes and did 4 loads ) I also fed all of these darn dogs, that they all wanted, but will not care for.Dh keeps complaining his legs are hurting, I told him if he would get off his butt and out from in front of the tv and do something, maybe just maybe he would get the circulation going in his legs and they just might stop hurting, He didn't like it,,,OH WELL TOO BAD>>> my back has hurt for 3 days,but I have had to keep going. Ok, here goes, I have big hairy teddy bear, a got vat of hot wax, and have dh on my mind,( he acts like such a nut when it comes to the florida gators and tennessee games), he is a very sore loser. I am putting the wax on poor teddy's chest, now placing the strip on, oh no, oh no here goes, riiiiiiiiippppppppppp.......Tennessee Vols just beat the Florida Gators, (this is the only time me and dh fuss. as most of you know, dear ivan paid a visit to my area over the past couple of days, so i was offline, during that time i see we have had many new friends join our family. so to all of you have just joined in the fun,,,,let's party....

what i do if i feel an anxiety attack coming on, is to go sit in a nice hot bubble bath, in absolute silence, eyes closed, just take in the peacefulness, this really helps calm me down, and calm my nerves, sometimes i will light a candle, and turn off the lights while in the tub and sneak me in a glass of wine if things are really tough.this is the only time i touch alcohol. i might have 3 alcoholic drinks in one years time.... oh yes, make sure you lock the bathroom door. and turn off the phone, and make sure dh knows that he is to tend to the kids, that you are having some down time all to your self......

absolute yum, will be fixing this for dinner tomorrow...

yeeeeouch, the only thing i could think of a purpose for this, is if you are upset with dh for something, and need to take out your anger, just give a good ole waxing to a nice hairy bear, and put dh's name too it....

for the childs safe return and thank you joan, for being such a wonderful person, that you would actually involve yourself, where others would probably turn away, to help and find this child.

excuse my typing tonight, since dh decided to dump a full cup of coffee into my keyboard, the shift key no longer works properly. when you hit shift to capitalize, it brings up email, windows media player and all kinds of crap. i will pull out my other keyboard tomorrow. did not do much today, my back has been bothering me quite a bit the past two days, it has been hard just to stand and wash the dishes.i did venture out to walmart today, and picked up two canisters of trail mix that was on the markdown shelf, two for one dollar, and had to get candy and stickers and hand sanitizer for the kids teachers,they asked me for donations.. we had a very beautiful day to day, i actually took the convertible today with the top down, it was very nice. made a big pot of pulled pork barbeque for dinner tonight, made sandwiches. and that was about it. dh and boys are in the living room watching the tennessee vs.flordia gators game.they drive me absolutely crazy when these two teams play. they have a good time, but it makes me nuts with all the screaming and hollering and jumping around,so i make sure i have something to do. every now and then i tolerate it and actually watch the game, have never been much for football.well everyone have a good night, i am fixing to go soak in a nice hot tub, hopefully my back will feel better tomorrow. good night all
