1. Hello ladies, I'm Cindi.

 

2. I'm 51, and so is my hubby.

 

3. Hubby and I have been married 29 yrs.

This is my 2nd marriage.

 

4. I have 3 grown daughter's, of which 2 are married.

Oldest daughter is from my first marriage.

 

 

5. I enjoy listening to music from the late 50's,

and early 60's. I also like disco, and a varieity

of other music.

 

6. Favorite male actors are: Canadain Actor Paul Gross,

Hugh Grant, Tim Allen, Ted Danson, Will Ferrel,

Vince Vaughn, the late Christopher Reeves & John Ritter.

 

7. Favorite female actors are: Reese Witherspoon,

Shelly Long, Bette Midler and Sandra Bullock,

and Melissa Gilbert.

 

8. I hate going barefoot!

 

9. I'm kind of a germ freak.

 

10. I am not a morning person.

1. My name is Top Secret (Sorry, but the first thing you have to know about me is that I'm internet-intimidated and don't want to reveal identifying information)

 

2. Combined, my dh & I average 40yrs old (but I'm younger).

 

3. We have been married 11 years.

 

4. We have two young school-aged children, whom I homeschool.

 

5. I love music!! I'm self-taught on guitar and piano, but not super good. Good enough, though, that I led worship at a ladies' bible study. Singing is more my thing; I've been in audition-only choirs, but am not currently doing anything.

 

6. I listen to music every day: usually Christian or classical. I can tolerate country, and I love musicals. I used to listen to the soundtrack of Grease a lot, but then my kids got a little older, and I realized what some of the words were!

 

7. I don't follow much tv or movies, but I do like Drew Barrymore; she's cute.

 

8. I love going barefoot, but have a foot disorder that requires me to wear custom orthotics. *sigh*

 

9. I am a morning person.

 

10. My favorite season is Spring.

 

11. I love to quilt. I machine piece, hand applique and hand quilt. I especially love the quilts of the 1930's.

 

12. I'm learning to love embroidery, and occasionally enjoy knitting and crocheting.

Now, I'm begining to see why you got sent to Princess Boot Camp in the first place.

It's so nice being able to learn a little about each other!

 

1. I'm Loretta, and I hate my name.

2. I was named after Loretta Young, not Loretta Lynn.

3. My husband and I are both 51.

4. We were high school sweethearts and have been together for 35½ years, married for almost 33.

5. We have one daughter, who is 16 and was adopted at birth.

6. We have homeschooled from the beginning and love it.

7. We are all born-again, Bible-believing Christians.

8. We live in the suburbs and wish we could live in a more rural situation, but not too rural.

9. I was diagnosed with breast cancer the week after my 50th birthday, last January. Had chemo, a modified radical mastectomy & lymph node dissection, more chemo, 36 rounds of radiation, and am now cancer free (praise God!). I take anti-cancer drugs every day to keep the beast away.

10. The drugs make me hurt in my bones and joints, so I don't get out a lot these days.

11. My favorite season is fall.

12. My favorite holidays are Christmas and Thanksgiving. That's the only time of the year that I really love to do a lot of baking.

13. I'm not a bad cook, but I'm quite unmotivated. (Okay, lazy, lol.)

14. I can crochet but my hands are too sore for it now, so my main hobbies are reading, surfing the internet, and journaling.

15. Hmmm...actors and actresses...I don't really have any favorites from the current selection. I think Dakota Fanning is growing into a great little actress, though.

16. I prefer to watch the news channels and HGTV and the Food Network. The only regular tv shows I really follow are "House", "Jericho", and "Runaway".

17. When hubby was in the army, we spent three years in Germany and got to visit France, Holland and Luxembourg, too.

18. We'd love to visit Scotland and Ireland, if only it didn't involve travel.

19. I'd rather be at home with my hubby and daughter than anywhere else in the world.

20. My favorite decorating style would be an eclectic, casual, homey, uncluttered look. Without the dark seafoam green carpet the previous owners put in our house, lol.

1. My name is Keisha. That had been Top Secret like HSMom's, but I posted it somewhere awhile back so here we are LOL.

 

2. I'm 33, DH is 41, and no jokes about him cradle robbing! I drug him in!

 

3. We've been together for seven years. This is the second marriage for both.

 

4. We have, obviously, seven children. DS, 22, DD, 14, DS, 13, DS, 7, DD, 5, DS 1, DC on the way. The last 3 are ours together.

 

5. Music is a pretty wide range, but I'm a child of the 80's like, so totally fer sure! I tend to go for that headbanging stuff that Nana doesn't like, but I can listen to just about anything. I love having music in the house. Guests will often find me in the kitchen, making cookies to the soothing sounds of Metallica.

 

6. Favorite male actors-is this going on talent or hotness? Cause it all depends on what mood I'm in. I'll say Johnny Depp, he's a combination of both.

 

7. Favorite female actors-Not sure...I actually have quite guyish taste in movies, would rather watch action over a chick flick.

 

8. I LOVE going barefoot! If I could get away with it I'd never wear shoes. I drive barefooted, then slip my shoes on at the last moment.

 

9. Germs. Well that is weird for me. As stated, I'll drive aruond barefoot but am grossed out by ickys in the kitchen or bathroom. Let's say that bleach is my friend.

 

10. Oh so not a morning person, which is why I get up at least an hour earlier than my kids so they don't have to deal with that mean grumpy woman. I tend to go to bed early rather than sleeping late because then the kids are awake and the baby just isn't old enough to understand grumpy mommy.

 

11. My favorite color is purple.

 

12. Favorite season is Hunting. Not that I hunt, but I really get excited over all that free meat in the freezer.

 

13. Favorite holiday is Christmas and Thanksgiving. All the family together at the dinner table makes me feel warm and cuddly, and it takes a lot to make me feel warm and cuddly LOL. I love Halloween too. I often wonder about men who dress as women on Halloween...

 

14. Favorite TV show...well I'm a TV addict, I have to confess. ER (still), Grey's Anatomy, Lost, NCIS, CSI, Law and Order, The Unit, Boston Legal and my guilty pleasure is Wife Swap, which we only started watching because we don't have cable.

 

15. My decorating style is Early Garage Sale. One of these days I'll have nice furniture, but other stuff is a priority. No one gets upset in my house cause you spilled apple juice on the couch, yanno?

 

16. Favorite Restaurant...well...we dont' go out much, but when we do I like Tequila's...cause of the food. If we go to the city, I make it a priority to find a Schlotzkey's.

 

17. Favorite cuisine, mexican.

 

18. A country I'd like to travel someday is Ireland. My family is Irish and Indian.

 

19. Right now I don't really collect anything. I used to have a decent collection of knick knacks but lost most of them when I left ex D(doesn't stand for dear)H. I do have about 1000 books though. Guess that counts. I've read about 95% of them.

 

20. I like to read abut a broad range of stuff, really enjoy Robert Jordan's WOT series and Tolkien. Stephen King, true crime and Anne Rice are also faves.
