Wellllll, there IS a plant up in my region.....grows in a lot of areas. Probably would not go down the septic or city sewer tho.... Soak them in kerosene and WHOOSH. I have them in a basket sitting on the fireplace hearth. Mostly for decoration. Along with a basket full of pine cones! Heck, I'm all set.
