alwayswritegerl
I'm a newbie and I wanted to introduce myself. I'll probably lurk more than post, but it's only polite to at least say hello. I'm Crystal. I'm 29 and from Massachusetts. I mostly enjoy reading all the cooking/food/saving money threads, because I love wearing aprons and cooking for my boyfriend and saving the monies. Cat recommended this forum to me, and so far I am loving it. I hope to overcome my initial shyness and get to know y'all. Link to comment

Midnightmom
Welcome Crystal. It's never too late to start on the road to prepping. All it takes is putting one foot in front of the other. Then doing it again.......................... Link to comment

Cat
YAY... she made it in! Shall we tell her how addictive we are??? Welcome, Crystal! Mrs Survival started out as a "prep" site, but we've grown into much, much more. Some have started out looking at saving money, bought food ahead on sale, then decided to try gardening, then food preservation, and ended up finding that what gradually became "preps" helped them through a financial disaster like illness or a job loss. Saving money can *always* be good. Don't be afraid to ask any question. We say over and over... there are NO dumb questions. If you wonder about something, somebody else is, too. And we'll gladly help you find whatever you're looking for. Link to comment
