We cover a multitude of subjects at our retreats. Last year one of the ladies(from Ashville) did a superb job showing pressure and water bath canning. Another did drying. We always have interesting subjects and if you can make some just let me know. May even get you a carpool partner to save a bit on "push water". PM me as from now on the gatherings are going to be RSVP. That way we can adequately provide vittles and plan better. wc Link to comment
