Necie
My little sis is joining us. She's in Florida, married and has two kids--MY nephew and niece. They just moved to a farm and have horses, chickens, ducks and bunnies.....anything else, sis? She's thinking about gardening this year and now is the time to start down there, so I got her to check us out. (I bumped some posts of Darlene's and Cookie's to show her what NOT to do. ) Ok....so I'll hush and let her tell ya any other details 'bout herself. Everybody come sit on the porch and let's have some and :cocktail: and give bug a great big Link to comment

bug
Hi Everyone I am bug! Niece is my sister, I have a family in SW FL. 2 kids, 1 boy(17), 1 girl (8 days to 14)and my husband. They know everything! We just moved to a farm, take care of 3 horses, 6 chickens, 2 ducks, 2 bunnies, 2 dogs. We have been underwater since Faye. (Rain Rain go away come again another day my horseys want to play) I am looking into doing a garden, tried one last year with my 4-h group but we put it in at my friends house and the horses and ducks ate it and trampled it, not to mention the neighbors bull seemed to like it alot and kept breaking in! Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. I am pretty sure my thumb is not green. Animals I can do, plants not so much. Have some duck egg questions also. Link to comment
