9 pints of hamburger dill slices yesterday ... getting some tomatoes ready now.

16 half pints of peach jam. YUM! Got the peaches on sale for $1.19 a pound. Getting geared up to do blackberries and figs, our bushes are loaded.

Just finished 20 pints of Annie's Salsa.

I made 52 8 oz jars of strawberry jam

 

canned 48 pints of strawberries in syrup

 

and dehydrated 9 trays of strawberries

That's crazy Kathy! And great!!!!!! I have 10 pints of blueberries today and intend to make Spicy Blueberry Preserves and a Blueberry Pie.

18 pints of white beans... :) I'm canning up my storage beans that are getting hard & take forever and a couple of teaspoons of baking soda to cook. I have a total of about sixty pounds of various beans, so this should be interesting...at least I won't be bored anytime in the near future!! LOL :grinning-smiley-044:

5 pints of vegetable juice.

today will be tomatoes and potatoes. Not together though :yum3: . Yesterday was peppers and tomatoes. Also have squash and zuchinni to put in the freezer still.
